  • Health, health care and wellbeing are complex. We’re committed to simplifying these for you, bringing you a wealth of online information, decision support tools, and resources that can be used by you to build on your own knowledge, strengths, decisions and actions for the best health and wellbeing, and quality of care for yourself, loved ones and others you care about.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT TO THIS SERVICE BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

3. Communication with You

How we communicate with you can vary in the following ways:

  • If you are a visitor and have requested a demo, paper or other follow-up, we reserve the right to send you messages to:
    1. inform you of changes or additions to Services; or
    2. for marketing and other purposes. Nothing in this provision shall require or obligate us to send any notice if no notice is required or mandated elsewhere in this Agreement.
  • If you are a Sponsor-authorized business contact, we reserve the right to send you messages to:
    1. provide requested technical, customization, HIPAA, communications, or other professional support;
    2. inform you of changes or additions to the Service, this Agreement or the Fee Schedule;
    3. inform you of violations of this Agreement or actions relating to your privilege to access and use the Service; or
    4. inform you of any other matter related to the Service or this Agreement. Nothing in this provision shall require or obligate us to send any notice if no notice is required or mandated elsewhere in this Agreement.
  • If you are a person with access to Services that are funded by a Sponsor, we reserve the right to send you messages, to:
    1. provide requested technical support;
    2. inform you of changes or additions to the Services;
    3. confirm achievements;
    4. communicate important dates;
    5. inform you of violations of this Agreement or actions relating to your privilege to access and use the Service; or
    6. inform you of any other matter related to the Service or this Agreement. Nothing in this provision shall require or obligate us to send any notice if no notice is required or mandated elsewhere in this Agreement.
  • Email is the primary method messages will be sent. An option for text messages also exists and can be turned on or off at any time by you within personal account settings. Text messages may be subject to personal fees from your wireless service provider.
  • We may send emails to members of leadership communities (e.g., professional associations) that may be interested in HPN and our Services. If applicable, you may unsubscribe from such emails at any time.
  • We may contact you by phone, virtual, or other meeting options, as able and mutually agreed upon, in order to respond to requests, provide technical or other Services support.
